IDENA PRODUCTION, a unique state-of-the-art industrial process
Built in 2001, our IDENA PRODUCTION plant in Pontchâteau (44) is the embodiment of the company’s innovative spirit.
Faithful to our idea of working for animal nutrition in a different way, it seemed obvious to us to design the plant as such.
We made the bold decision to design our industrial process along the lines of the pharmaceutical industry, with its health constraints and extremely precise controls.
With more than 20 years of experience, the effectiveness of this process, unique in France, needs no further demonstration.
Since 2001, our production facilities have been expanded on 2 occasions to ensure that our partners can continue to appreciate our responsiveness.
The premix plant, our leading expertise
Our premix and specialities plant benefits from technology inspired by the pharmaceutical industry, where precision, homogeneity and the absence of cross-contamination are the strong points of our technology.
In fact, IDENA has its own safety process called IAS* (IDENA Application Sécurisée), creating a technological break with conventional premix plants.
- A pipe-free process to prevent cross-contamination,
- Extremely precise dosing thanks to our cutting-edge technology,
- Control at every stage of the process, thanks to our RFID technology,
- Mandatory washing of containers between each use.
We have also added a highly secure line for specific products and processes.
Our latest technology in action
Over the last few years, we have developed a new and disruptive technology of which we are the owners.
The ECHV is an exclusive microemulsion technology using a high-stirring homogeniser. This technology enables us to produce liquid products at our IDENA PRODUCTION plant.
Optimising the active ingredient dosage/effectiveness ratio of our products is one of the major advantages of the ECHV technology developed for our new line of liquid products.
