The IDENA Group’s steady growth over the last few years and its strong position in the animal production market have enabled it to broaden its prospects with the acquisition of the VERTAL Group on Tuesday 05 December 2023.

Acquisition of the VERTAL Group, designer and manufacturer of Biosolutions

The VERTAL Group, founded in 2000 by Patrick NEAU, is a French designer and manufacturer of professional agricultural biosolutions for plant and animal production. Based at La Rabatelière in the Vendée (France), the fast-growing group, with its 25 employees, supports all the agricultural professionals in their quest for natural performance using techniques that are more respectful of the environment.

A synergy of knowledge

With its expertise in the field and in agronomy, VERTAL Group is further strengthening the prospects already enjoyed by IDENA with its subsidiary STI biotechnologie, in the field of biosolutions for plant production.

This complementary product offering and synergy of knowledge will enable the two groups to expand their alternative solutions and innovations, and thus strengthen their development while sharing common values. Under the management of Franck COLAS, VERTAL Group will retain real autonomy in its operating methods.
